Register NOW for the first cohort of “The Next Big Thing!”

Registration closes Friday, February 6th

“The Next Big Thing!” is a six-session career transition and development cohort program for experienced mid-career professionals to come together to explore and develop their next chapter.

Whether that means preparing for a promotion, going back to school, launching a new business, starting a nonprofit, running for office, writing a book, or changing careers, you’ll find helpful information and inspiration to support your next steps.

This intentionally designed small-group experience offers a supportive, structured way to explore your options – to clarify your skills, strengths, and values, identify what truly motivates and energizes you now, and then translate that insight into realistic next-step possibilities.

Guided by skilled facilitators and credentialed practitioners who understand mid-career transitions, the program includes:

  • Structured curriculum, career assessments and practical tools
  • “Homework” comprised of readings, reflections, worksheets, and goal-setting tasks
  • Accountability, momentum, and peer learning
  • A focused environment designed for real progress

Frequently Asked Questions:

Not at all. Many participants are not looking to make an immediate change. This cohort is about gaining clarity and direction – whether that leads to growth where you are or a future transition.

Yes. Many employers support professional development and career planning. We’re happy to provide a description of the program or invoice if that’s helpful.

Career decisions are high-stakes, and this program offers structured guidance, expert facilitation, and peer insight you won’t get from casual reflection or online resources. It’s an investment in your future.

This cohort is designed to help you figure out whether and how a change makes sense – before you take action.
