Our presenter for this session is Joy Vander Heiden, HR Director at Ehlers. Passionate about equity and inclusion, Joy joined Ramsey County’s Inclusive Workplaces Cohort to deepen her understanding of DEI and expand her toolkit of implementation techniques and processes to create real change in the workplace. Joy is energized and excited to share what she has learned about DEI implementation with all of you.

An experienced HR professional with over 25 years of experience in the field, Joy’s areas of expertise include recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration. She possesses a deep passion for forging meaningful connections and assisting others. In addition to her work at Ehlers, Joy is also Secretary & Board Member for the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation and is very involved in her local community.
