VHEDC provides and serves as a conduit for a variety of professional education programs.

VHEDC Connect Roundtable:

The VHEDC has a history of community building among local businesses. One way this is accomplished is through the sharing of best practices with one another. Our sessions focuses on how local businesses are addressing various issues. While no one company has a magic formula, we do believe that much can be gleaned from the sharing of philosophies/ideas, best practices, and initiatives. These sessions allow attendees to hear about what has and has not worked across industries. Sessions allow ample time for audience participation and dialogue. Previous sessions have included:

  • Marketing for Talent
  • Leadership: Sustaining Human Development
  • An Alternative to Performance Reviews: Performance Previews

Next Session: Generations in the Workplace: What Motivates? will be held on Wednesday, August 24th. For more information and to register: HERE.
