Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation (VHEDC) and the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce  (WBACC) are pleased to announce they have joined forces to provide joint professional education series for areas business leaders and their employees. The new program, Professional E.D.G.E. seminars will focus on Education, Development, Growth, and Engagement. Through this new collaborative effort, the two business groups will leverage opportunities to provide high quality business educational topics and speakers that will cover an array of relevant topics.

On March 21, we’ll be hearing from Mark Kraemer of Anderson Agency.

Mark Kraemer reveals how you can take control of your experience mod, and lower your work comp insurance premium in the process. Topics to include:

• Understanding how the experience mod works and how to make it work for you
• Common overcharges
• Audit errors and the impact on your experience mod

A testimonial from Grandma’s Bakery owner and CEO, John Lupo:

There is a myth in America that insurance companies pay insurance claims. The truth is that you pay for the claims – the insurance company just finances them for you – and it’s the most expensive finance contract you’ll ever enter into.
Mark Kraemer knows more about workman’s compensation than anyone I know. He is a White Bear resident and he’s an expert on workman’s compensation insurance. In very simple terms he can explain how this very complicated system works. Now that I know what makes premiums go up I can focus on what makes premiums go down. Mark has helped me reduce my premiums by almost 70%.
Workman’s compensation is one of the biggest expenses we have. Mark can help you control that cost.
The session is held at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Vadnais Heights beginning with networking at 7:30 am. The session runs from 8:00-9:00 am. Free to attend, but please register at https://vhedc1.wpengine.com/event/professional-edge-march-2017/
