TCM awarded its Annual Lender Awards at its Annual Dinner on Thursday, October 26th held at Hennepin Made, an independent glass studio creating lighting and other modern designs for retailers and designers. The event also featured HeadFlyer Brewing, a recently opened brewery and taproom, located in the Beltrami neighborhood in NE Minneapolis. In attendance included representatives from the Small Business Administration, TCM board members and staff, lending partners from throughout the area, and other guests.

Working with TCM and its lending partners, small businesses are able to leverage the SBA 504 Program providing long-term, fixed rate financing to acquire fixed assets for expansion or modernization. TCM awarded lender awards to four of its lending partners in recognition of their efforts. This year’s award winners included: First National Bank of Elk River, Bell Bank, KleinBank, and 21st Century Bank.

Pete Ingebrand, TCM President, stated “We highly appreciate and value our relationship with our lending partners. Together, we are able to bring significant economic development and job growth by ensuring small businesses have access to the capital they need. Congratulations to this year’s lending partners for their efforts.” This past year, TCM funded 55 million in loans utilizing the SBA 504 Program for businesses throughout Minnesota and in select counties in Wisconsin.
